Pre-patch the SP always went to the correct class no matter if you handed it in as a CON or the craft you used to synth them.As for exp, yes you have to change into the class you made the craft for or either that sp will go to whichever job you have at the moment. Be careful if you claim the leve in your CON lv 50 or else all your hard earned sp will go to waste. The positive side of this is, if you have a high lvl craft like weav 50, you will get a huge sp reward which you can use in a lower craft, like Armorer lvl 25.
