Collectable Synthesis not working properly

Steps:

1. Be a crafter job (weaver)
2. Used skill "Collectable Synthesis"
3. Noticed that the status effect "Collectable Synthesis" is active
4. Started to craft an item for Scrips.
5. The craft progress window did not change into Collectable mode
6. Used the Collectable Synthesis again to deactivate it
7. Used the Collectable Synthesis to activate it yet again
8. The craft progress window still did not show Collectable interface
9. Crafted until finish
10. The craft interface did not provide the collectable choice for the item and completed as normal item instead.

More steps:
1. Changed into leatherworker to try again
2. Used Collectable Synthesis
3. Status icon shows Collectable Synthesis effect
4. Tried to craft something as Collectable
5. Crafting interface did not show Collectable mode, again
6. Canceled synthesis because I did not want to waste more ingredients

You're trying to make a Chimerical Felt Tabard of Aiming and the turn in item is a Chimerical Felt Tabard of Striking.

edit: If you don't believe me, open your crafting recipe list, click on Aiming recipe, notice there is no collectible option under HQ.

No click on Striking recipe, notice there is an option for collectible.
