That may be so, but still theorycrafting shouldn't care about those traits at all. Given that intelligence and mind traits are fixed values while other stats scale with ilvl, the actual difference is basically nonexistent. Right now, with BiS gear, healers have about 1070 mnd. Even considering a +-12 mnd points difference the results won't change in any significant way. And this will become less and less relevant as ilvl increases (unless traits are reworked). If it was relevant, we should all be keepers of the moon miqo'te because they have higher mind value because of racial differences. As of now, just comparing potencies is a good enough approximation...actually almost a perfect one. I know I don't have to explain such things to you, just wanted to add something to the topic hoping that SCHs here won't start complaining about this too since apparently they're so weak and their skills are so useless :P
