Yes you can, for certain mobs at certain level. Even after the change, some mobs do have much less Hp than others.
Im just talking about 5 star leves. Where i oneshotted i.e. Hogs easy and after changes and 5 star i cant do it anymore. anyways.. i said im fine with it to use my brain instead of oneshot.
