So far, I have found two possible hint about the next Primal fight that Yoshi mentioned in the 14-hours broadcast. One is "Clockwork Doomtrain" and the other is "a bomb or a behemoth". XD
Also I found the Producer talking about new housing too lol.

This is what I thought was the spoiler for the next primal trial
Mitsutoshi Gondai: We won't stop there, of course─everyone on the dev team will continue working their hardest to create quality content. Hmmm, maybe we'll go with the final boss for the next extreme battle...
Pointing to the ever possible "Singularity Reactor (Extreme)" imo
but I did enjoy Clockwork Doomtrain, the Red/Blue Mage arguments, and pretty much everything Koji Fox said

Oh I forgot about that speech of Gondai. This is what I thought was the spoiler for the next primal trial

It's not a chair though. If you look at what Takai is facing and consider the movement of the Nightmare, it's a rodeo simulator ... heh.
The only direct pointer I saw to a primal was the model Doomtrain speech bubble. Also the "What evils would bring together two primals, a behemoth and a bomb?" bubble, near Foxclon. Other than that, it's obscure or not in The Eighteenth Floor at all. There's also a model Gration in Yoshida's room, so that's a possible CE or event giveaway.

The airship models are a Bronco, Enterprise and Imperial Assault ship, not a dreadnought. (I can't remember the exact name for the class of ships, but they feature at Occidens in the lv15 CS w/ Gaius and the Tribuni; in Castrum Meriduanum's dungeon and wreckage in the Praetorium)
The only counterpoint I have to Doomtrain is that never have we received a "Primal" minion and the NPC mumbling about it is clearly surrounded by minions. (You can argue Ysale/Louisoix being 'primal minions' but they're Wind-Ups! Clockwork does seem to fit Allagan things tho so maybe Doomtrain CONFIRMED ALLAGAN?????)

Another is the Phantom Train, which is Garlean transport... unless the Doomtrain is an another idea the Garleans were inspired by. Of course, that would remove Doomtrain from being a Primal, unless they give it the Zantetsuken treatment (normal train, but then something 'Primal' somehow found its way into the machine, allowing it to take possession... or something along those lines). The only counterpoint I have to Doomtrain is that never have we received a "Primal" minion and the NPC mumbling about it is clearly surrounded by minions. I can easily see it being like Alexander; already exists, but a primal was summoned into it, and we have to kill stuff to deactivate it.Another is the Phantom Train, which is Garlean transport... unless the Doomtrain is an another idea the Garleans were inspired by. Instead of a Primal, why not a Voidsent somehow possessing the Garlean's Phantom train? Voidsent like aether and the Phantom Train transports ceruleum (aether)Another is the Phantom Train, which is Garlean transport... unless the Doomtrain is an another idea the Garleans were inspired by. Oh, I also forgot Yoshi did mentioned about "go into the ground" beside "water" and "moon".
What about the railway in Central Thanalan? I remember they did mentioned about this before, but it's not the right time for them to look at this.Another is the Phantom Train, which is Garlean transport... unless the Doomtrain is an another idea the Garleans were inspired by.
