    Maybe this has been asked but is there a reason you're wasting a maker's mark step on inner quiet instead of doing inner quiet after mark has worn?

    Good question. If you do not cast inner quiet after CZ you will hit max CP and you can't retrieve a ToT during your flawless synth cycle. This is one of those things which looks bad on paper but is actually smart to do.
