Shameless bump for 3.2. I'm not sure if we'll need any new rotations

If it's 3 star which seems likely then depending on any upgrade stats we get, the ideal rotation may look very different. Useless conjecture from me but this thread is "2* crafting rotation" and so a new thread would be necessary in that case.
