    Engaging an enemy

I want to explain my problem. I've basically figured out when it happens, but I'm not positive if it's only under this specific circumstance. Basically, when fighting a group of mobs, if it (extremely randomly, mind you) returns to its territory, and we re engage it, thus claiming it, I am not able to accumulate any hate whatsoever. With that, after every attack, my TP drains immediately, rendering me unable to preform any TP actions, or obtain any amount of hate (the hate meter literally does not show up on any engaged enemy when this glitch happens).

    Platform:
    Windows 7 Basic

    ISP:
    Comcast

    Type of Internet Connection:
    Cable

    Internet Connection Speed:
    15Mbit/s

    Date & Time:
Varied hours. 12AM PDT - 11:59PM PDT Ever since 1.19 was implemented (in other words, I've been playing a lot and there hasn't been a period where this doesn't happen).

    Frequency:
State how frequently the issue occurs. Please select from the following.
2.Sometimes (Not exactly sure if it happens every single time, or just sometimes. I am sure that it happens the majority of the time given this situation.

    Character Name:
    Lamentor Rei

    Race:
    Dunesfolk Lalafell M

    World:
    Kashuan

    Class/Skill Rank:
    Level 50 Archer.

    Physical Level:
    N/A

    Area and Coordinates:
Most specifically Zahar'ak Southern Thanalan (48,40) (Although I'm almost positive that this area wasn't the only spot in which this glitch happened)

    Party or Solo:
Party, this glitch might also be solo, but I never tested whether it is or not. It happened most frequent in a party with 3 or more members. (happened literally in a party of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8).

    Monster Name:
Although, again, I'm certain that this glitch does not only exist in this area, it has happened with every non notorious monster within Zahar'ak, without a doubt, every single time they re engage after once returning to their territory, while fighting another group of enemies that do not return to their territory.

    In-Game Time:
There was no specific time in which this happened.

    Steps:
    As explained above. To explain the exact situation in as much detail as I possibly can;
    1. A group of enemies link.
    2. During the battle, an enemy that I was engaged with, quite possibly the only enemy I have enmity on, returns to its territory.
    3. I run to re pull the enemy, in which case, it becomes claimed (name turns red). The hate meter does not appear (I'm positive it is not turned off, as it appears on other enemies).
    4. I attack using Light shot, Heavy shot, auto-attack, curing, many different types of aggressive spells, to find that after this specific situation happens, I can not gain any form of enmity on any enemy that is claimed at the moment. In other words, the game acts if I am not engaged to an enemy. My HP/MP regenerates, and my TP deteriorates.
    5. This continues until the current battle is over, and only then, when we engage a new group of enemies from previously not being engaged to any enemies, does the glitch disappear.

I tried my best to explain this situation. I deeply hope this can be fixed. It is a major glitch that is making the game extremely hard to play.
