Duty Roulette Completion Rewards

Read the descriptions carefully...the answer may be staring you in the face.

There are many instances that give no rewards unless certain conditions are met. The two you specifically mentioned are both ones that list no rewards for completion on their own. Either you are not meeting the conditions (already got the daily bonus, no first-time condition exists, aren't a job in need, aren't the required level, etc.)---or you are capped out for that reward. Note that you have hard caps and soft caps on some rewards.

Keep in mind also that some rewards reset at specific times and days---based on Japan time. As I mentioned earlier...daily reset is not our midnight---it happens at Japan's midnight. It is possible to get a daily bonus twice in one of our days because of this. I can get a daily bonus at 9am on Saturday and then get it again after 11am...then get no more until 11am Sunday. If the description on the roulette shows the colored text like demonstrated earlier, you have to wait for the reset.
