I posted a bug report about six weeks ago, and have yet to have any sort of resolution.

I've called, emailed, made several gm calls and I've received no response or help regarding my situation. I've been a long time xi and xiv subscriber for a decade and even longer a consumer of square-enix products.
Obviously the gear itself is of limited concern, however the Soul of the White Mage is the concern i've attempting to get replaced (especially being as it's something that you cannot even throw away). I've even gone so far as to level Conjurer from 52-57 and it has been far from enjoyable.
I don't understand how something so trivial as replacing a Soul of the White Mage can receive no response in over 6 weeks, as I would assume it would take less than a minute to fix a customer's problem that resulted from an in-game bug.
