The linked mobs can be done, even at equal level. The crowd control spells/abilities are more important than before. Start using roots, binds, and sleeps. At least that what I started to do and I'm handling equal level linked monsters.

Sort of missing my point. Mobs don't respawn at equal levels in most ranges. Plus, this sounds like it would really only work with DoM and /aoe on.
