    Where is my Target circle

    My Target circle is missing even when it is selected in the Target Menu.
    I can turn it off and on again and it appears again. But after the next Logout its gone again. I tryed it on my other PC and its the same there.

    I don't wanna use the reset Button and do all my Hotbars again.... someone has a idea what to do other than reset everything?

    Not sure on how those settings work, but is it the Locked to Cursor part, by any chance? Maybe it only wants to drop a ring under whatever your mouse cursor is pointing at?
