Steps:
We were fighting in Alexander Floor 2. We were on the last set of mobs, made it to the last set of monsters we had to fight. Unfortunately, we all died so I had to return to the start and revive. Upon hitting the return button, I was immediately disconnected from the instance. There was no vote to kick. Most of the party was made with friends. So, there was no possibility I was voted out or anything of that nature. I was just instantly kicked as soon as I went to revive from my untimely death and received a 30min penalty.
