(Disciples of the Hand) Collectable Synthesis

This tooltip has an error as well. It states:

"Use existing recipes to create collectables without increasing step count." Note the bolded.

Upon engaging in a synthesis act with this buff active, the step count most assuredly increases on the UI, therefore this text should not even be present. Either that, or the game is bugged and erroneously increasing steps during collectable synthesis.
