I'm actually quite happy with the card duration increased. If I have a RR spear and happen to draw an Arrow I can give it to the my MCH friend for a minute, draw is back up in 30 secs and if RNG blesses me with another arrow I can give it to the MNK in our group as well. I'm just glad I have the ability to give more than one DPS a buff every draw.
