A newer player who wants to experience it all

Hi, I started July 1st after seeing the online ads for heavensward and hearing how good this game has gotten. I am very very impressed, and I love this game so much. That said, I want to experience everything I can. I recently hit level 60 on my main job (whm), and I'd like to go back and do coils and crystal tower in addition to doing the current stuff. My question here is: is it possible to get queues to pop for CT and coils using the DF? If not, what would you recommend for me wanting to learn and experience those fights, even if they are super easy now? I don't exactly feel comfortable forming a PF group myself since I know none of the fights or even what's in there.

Also, how would you recommend a new player who is just getting into end game start? I have an awesome FC, but its small and doesn't do organized raiding. How do you go about finding a static who will actually accept new and undergeared players?

Any advice on entering endgame for the first time would be appreciated.

I can't speak for end game yet, but for the Crystal Tower raids, and Coils, you can still DF. But be prepared to wait, regardless of role. Most people find no use in doing them anymore.

Also, be prepared to sort of rush through them, and not really "learn" or "experience" them. We just too powerful and skip most things now.

I would put up a partyfinder, simply so you don't go through the dutyfinder. That way, you won't level-sync when you enter and can do the dungeon at lv.60 simply for the story.

If you want to sync and actually handle the mechanics, that's going to be a lot tougher. I'd probably shoot the idea around my Linkshells and FC to see who was interested. Put those people in to a static group and then put a pf or df up. At the very least, it's easier to fill in 4 spaces than it is to fill in 7 others.

I'm hoping that future updates will give players an incentive to go back and do those old raids, otherwise it's not very fair that parts of the story/lore are locked behind them. Though they seem to be approaching that differently in the newer raids.
