    Refunding

    First i want to say how much i love FF serie over the past 7years and i play almost every single one of them and now i want to play FF14 ARR so bad that i also purchasing for my friend bcuz i want real live friend to play with me, however after 3 day i still not recive my code yet and even i submit ticket its still no reply back. Im sorry to say this but customer support in this game is bad and i did not want to play game with this kind of behaviour, i may come back in future providing that this issue has been fix but for now i would like to request for refunding but my ticket hasnt reply yet and if somone or moderator seen this and provide some help thats would be great.

    Yeah the customer support is not as stellar as it should be, thankfully I have only needed it once. One way around this is to just go buy the physical copy so you have your code already and don't need it from them. Refund your Digital and get the physical...if you really want to play fast and not wait for them.

    yes thats what i plane to do but sadly they are not replying to my ticket and now im stuck and didnt know what to do.
