    Lost Access To PS4 FFXIV

    After the PSN maintenance on 08/23/2015 I can no long start FFXIV as it claims I need to purchase the game.

    I have attempted to restore the licenses and that did not resolve the issue, I'm unable to use Sony's Live Chat as the option does not appear on their support page for me. I should also note that I made use of the free upgrade from PS3 to PS4 and also ran in to that pre-order issue with Heavensward back when that was a thing as well.

    Very annoyed at this as it's my first issue with PSN and FFXIV since after I pre-ordered Heavensward.

    Lastly Heavensward content does not appear on my PSN Store on my PS4 app, computer or PS4.

    If you log into the Mogstation does it show up on your service account that you have PS4 or not?

    If it doesn't then you probably need to contact SE (these forums are only really for customers to help other customers, not official support), but if it does show up then it's possibly a problem Sony's side and you'll need to contact them instead as SE will probably send you there so it'll save time to contact them first. Sorry never tried to contact them so I don't know how to do that.

    Yea I checked Mogstation and it displays fine on there. I actually spoke with Sony Support earlier today and they were clueless as to what happened, however I mostly posted here to see if anyone besides myself was affected by this.
