I thrive in the grass
I thrive in the warzone
I thrive being a war hero
I am the snake
And u sir are the adam, the ocelot.
Crafting sucks i hate but i still am doing it wtf.

I'm not making any less money than I did before. But I'm also all but completely ignoring 50+ crafting. I would have had exactly the same income if I hadn't leveled any of my DoH classes to 60.
I want to craft cool stuff. I want people to wear gear I've made around town, I want them to use it and feel like their investment was justified, and I want others to come to me for crafting services. With the elimination of useful (and cost-effective) end-products for crafters, they've all but removed most of those aspects. There's only so much of a market for Thavnairian Bustiers.
This is what i was saying,
The adventurer ilevel180 craft is too low, (it's a mess for me)
and even when we come with craft gear.
players can afford to them, the price is just high.
Well it's great to make craft to be rare item, but after we got this problem,
if players can't afford to it, you don't sell so well.
What make the craft price to be high, the value of the comp due to time to collect them and the limit of the red script.
Make ilvel 180 adventurer craft from limited comp, is a perfect nonsense.
Frankly I'm pretty sure this is a load of rubbish, I bet you have sent more than you have gained from 2* crafting alone. Just because you gathered your own mats does not mean the mats did not have a high value in their own right. Looks like the gear you made would have cost you atleast 200 in mats/materia value, where did you find all the buyers to make 200+mil profit from 2* gear? xD
On my server 1 average crafter part costs 10mil to make in mats alone, if you wish to max meld it, it would on average cost 10-12mil more (V's are around 10mil, iv's 100-200k)
What is functional about any of the new crafter gear? What can you do with it, that you cannot do without?
It's nothing about people not wanting to put in effort, they want the reward to at least nearly match the effort.

I've just looked on your server, there are quite a few 2* items for sale (not many actually sold), but your not selling any of them.
Prices are about the same as my server, for both the mats and materia.
Yet your magically making loads of gil from 2*, can't say I believe you xD
There is also not a single DoM/DoW HQ piece on your MB, so much for 2* thriving?

You mention "if you are a real crafter" and talk about failing non star crafts with previous 3.0 BiS gear xD
The point still stands that the new gear is not needed for anything currently.
The new gear would save you 1/2 steps in a macro, but it seems it still wont allow you to 100% HQ from NQ mats lvl 60 non star gear, using a single macro press. I doubt the time saved VS cost is anything close to worthwhile.
The only real function of the new craft sets is glamour and to be fair, some of them look pretty nice.

She's apparently a gillionaire.
Let's clear up a couple misconceptions
People who dislike the system are not, by necessity, avoiding participation.
People who like the system are not, by necessity, 'profiting'. (We can't really quantify fun though)
The only thing we can't dispute is crafting has always been optional. It could only be considered mandatory by people who push content the moment it's released, simply because crafted gear has allowed for stat set ups that available loot does not provide. (Even in this 'ruined' system, at the bare minimum i150 accessories are used for vitality/strength melding). It's currently in a transitional phase and it's too early to say 'useless' or 'useful' until 3.1 hits and we see these new recipes.
