It extremely annoying as was building parts for airship and needed 162 cokes.... So clicking yes 162 times feels extremely repetitive :-(

Except the funny thing is the thread they answered saying they would be doing it on the scrips was a thread talking about this.

I've been complaining about this too. The best I've been able to come up with is to move the confirmation dialogue box so that the button overlaps the line of the item I'm buying, then just spam the ever-living crap out of left click.
