Steps:
Prior to today I was able to access all Levequests for my level from this NPC,
the 2 specific quests that are now missing are "Knock on Wood" (lvl 30 CRP)
and "stay on target" (level 35 CRP) i have tried logging out and in, leaving the area and returning, picking up the remaining Levequests and nothing so far has caused the 3rd levequest reappear

I have a screenshot of this If necessary

Fixed by doing Coerthas central highlands trial leve, im unsure why this wasnt an issue until today
