Overreaction to Astrologian buff.

All we want is dissipation fixed...

This is not too much to ask. Having a 60 scholar myself, I have never once used dissipation. ET had its use in 4 man group, but not so much when your partner isn't a schalor. Bug fixes and improvement are totally welcome to any class, but the fact was astrologian was under performing. It makes no sense to ask for last buff reverted just because scholar quirks aren't improved.
