We are all fine with the option to hide stuff when not in combat, that's not the issue as it doesn't affect anyone, but it shouldn't be an option when you're in a party and for certain when you're in combat, whether or not you have skills to affect TP. It's simple, basic and essential information you should have about your party members regardless of role/job. Sure you might not be able to influence the TP bar yourself, but knowing this information allows you to adjust to your parties needs, you'll know someone is low/out of TP due to no regen or they screwed up their TP management, and everyone will need to compensate for that, especially if there's a DPS check to meet.

Any reason that's been brought up so far about removing the TP has just been stupid or selfish, there is absolutely NO reason to not ever have this information when playing with other players. It discourages teamwork, is disrespectful to the other players and can easily become a detriment to the party. If we all wiped because you didn't have the information you needed to adapt to the current battle situation, THAT is down right selfish, rude and disrespectful and after asking why you didn't help out if your answer was "i turned my TP bars off, i didn't see" i would ask you to turn it on and KEEP it on, and if you refused or fail to do so i would straight up kick you or leave if its causing wipes and otherwise making the encounter harder and longer than it needs to be.

I may come off as an "elitist" or "rude" or whatever but i do not tolerate purposeful detriments to other players, have it turned off when by yourself , no one cares, but it should be ENFORCED when playing with other players all it's gonna do is cause rage, wipes and other negative situations because people are just being selfish and thinking of themselves rather than the party.
