IMO it's still spacey enough to not let out any complaints. I mean, You have that TP bar even back when it's not implemented, just that you can only see YOURS.

Now the patch is implemented to let TP refreshers like bard/ninja to actually utilize their functionality to the max (maybe).

While having an option to either turn it off/on is good, hell, I'm a DRG, what's an MP bar to me. I don't see what you're complaining about?
