Remove TP bar off party list - Want this option

I think the buffs are the same size as before. I think there was always that space for the TP bar, but it was never shown because of [PS3 reasons]. But I think it's quite clear it was always intended to be there.

I know, but we have a person from the community arguing about the thickness of the TP bar. I know that the buffs are the same size. I just throw it there in case that person day that the buffs looks huge. I read other thread mentioning about the PS 3 limitation. Could it be that this player play in PS3 and that console has some difficulty to handle the new screen game looks? If there could a PS3 that could verify this, I would appreciate.
