And 2) It's still a good feature to have but some people really have zero need for it. The clutter of the UI will affect my gameplay more than knowing someone else's TP that I am powerless to do anything about.
I don't understand how it's clutter though. The bar is wedged into space that was already there and occupied by the buffs/debuffs. The space has always been there, it's just been empty and wasted until now.
