If some tiny white bars on the party list make your screen more clunky, I'm pretty sure I dislike you're HUD settings even though I haven't seen it.
Have you tried to just make the entire party list a bit smaller? Just a bit... I guess not. And I guess you won't...
Meh.
English is not my mother language. I'm trying to do my best, so please don't be rude...

Yeah, don't listen to the whiners here.
If you want to start giving us UI options, how about letting us mod the darn interface already like most new games are?

I posted a few suggestions on the other topic, I didn't find a suggestion section so I hope it's in the right place.

I love the TP bars!
I like having a TP bar, but it would be nice if we only saw MP bars for casters and TP bars for physical jobs. As a bard, I need to see casters' MP and everyone else's TP - I don't really need to know how much MP my Warrior has or how much TP my WHM has.
Only if they were color-coded so we could see which was which. Currently position is what tells us what the bar means. The middle one is MP and the right-hand one is TP. If they alternated, sharing the same spot, I'd want to know more than that "something" is low. (Besides, some jobs use both.)

Meh... I didn't even notice that they had added the TP bars till a couple of days (well maybe a day and a half). I don't have any problem w/ adding the ability to toggle them on and off. I don't think that they clutter the screen anymore than the old display. It's just they are new, and people hadn't grown accustom to them yet.
In all seriousness though... It's too early for people to really know if they need to see these or not. Despite your class, your going to wanna know people's TP. If your a healer or a caster... And you notice the tank TP is practically non-existent... Be prepared for the possibility that the tank may loose enmity control any moment. Maybe the nin or brd hasn't spotted it yet... Might wanna say "tank TP!!!" to the party if you have a chance.

I use both. This is what happens when the devs implement a feature in a way we didn't ask. People wanted to be able to see TP instead of MP for jobs that used it, now we see TP for everyone. TB bars as a whole look awful when you see Mages going between max and 0 every now and then because of Sprint.
DRK uses both.
Seeing one or the other isn't ideal either.
Specific Suggestion:
I would like the TP bar to be smaller and just a color indicator. Red for 0-30%, yellow for 31-60%, and green for 61-100%. Colors make it a lot more obvious at a quick glance to see where your party is on TP as a whole and highlights problems.
Most of the jobs that use TP can also restore TP. Unless they are lower than 60% TP, they will probably just pop right back up with their moves. You don't really need to Goad anyone until they hit at least 60% as well. When people hit red and you know their isn't a boss jump anytime soon, then you start thinking about sacrificing DPS for TP for your party as a BRD or MCH.
I am colourblind. I cannot distinguish between red and green.Specific Suggestion:
