Allagan Tomestones of Law and the Future

In the future (version 3.1,) will there be new items to spend Allagan Tomestones of Law on? It's gotten to the point where I'm getting upgraded i180 gear for my retainers cause I have nothing to spend it on.

i have a SMN/SCH, BRD, DRG and PLD lv60 and i know how to use my laws

@op I hope so. I'm surprised there are no crafting materials to buy with Law/Poetics this go around—ideally they'll add em in 3.1 but who knows.

You could also buy crafting materials back in 2.X with the lesser tome, but all of the new crafting stuff in 3.0 is exclusive to Red Scripts. Not to mention using the lesser tome in 2.X for relic related stuff, like animus books and alexandrite maps. You can't even desynth or trade 170 items to GC vendors.

I've got 4 full sets of law gear already, and two of those classes are already being completely overhauled with 190 and 200 upgrades. If 3.1 isn't until November, then I picture myself at law cap for weeks with literally nothing to buy.

I guess you will need Law tomestone for the new relic quests

If it's like 2.x you get a conversion to esoterics and a new high tier of token will give better gear.

If they follow the same routine with 2,xx series, no new stuff will be available to purchase with Law. The new relic quest will likely require Esoterics if it requires tomestones.
