The body looks like the level 58 Adamantite one. Head, gloves, pants (dyed black), and feet look like the level 60 i180 Asuran set. The sword is from the level 55 dungeon The Aery.

You buy the Yasha set with Allagan Tomestones of Law from the vendor in Idyllshire. You then also use Allagan Tomestones of Law to get the items necessary to upgrade a piece to it's Asuran version and then take the gear piece and it's upgrade item to the NPC also somewhere else in Idyllshire and trade her the gear and the upgrade item for the Asuran version. Yasha version is not dyable, the Asuran one is (in addition to having better stats). The tank pants are by default primarily white, so that's why I said Asuran, since they're obviously dyed.
