Not really. MNKs only have one attack that removes GL and it isn't expected to be used 3x a minute. Enochian also doesn't have anything that actively removes time.

ALSO complaining about GK's oGCD 600 potency a minute.

Doesn't seem like that to me. Seems to me like they're complaining that mechanics forcing the DRG to stop attacking will limit how many times they can realistically use it without letting BOTD fall off far too early. Not going to get 3 a minute if you can't get enough combos in to extend it long enough.

All while having the best offensive raid utility of the dps

Sure it does. Refreshing the cooldown itself lowers it, while dragoon can refresh to its full duration if you wanted to.

Nope, but if you're gonna say battle lit + disembowel isn't already extremely strong raid utility then you're being silly.

You would have to do a proper comparison if you'really going to add disembowel and battle littany together to nins TA + Goad. Could even throw slashing debuff in of you don't have a war.

However, I do understand where you are coming from.
