It should be noted that the Nocturnal effect is removed if you cancel Collective. The regen remains, though.
Makes sense to me, they want the regen to linger after the bubble breaks so that you have a reason to actually use CU outside of extremely niche AoE situations, and so the regen has to constantly reapply so that people who move into the circle after it's initial use can still get the effect. This has the added benefit of making it a 30 second regen rather than a 15 second one if you manage to milk it for the full duration of the shield.Again, it's not the Regen effect that is the bug, but more the constant reapplication of the Regen. The Regen starts ticking down from 15 seconds from when the bubble starts, but it gets refreshed as long as you remain in the bubble/re-enter the bubble. I'm not sure that's intended.
Synastry only working on bonded targets is obnoxious to begin with.
Give me beacon of light plz.

Just saw this and...omg lol...really op and hope it's not a bug thought it probably is >3<
So Synastry = 20s of 20% healing plus 40% healing on a target....
25s if you use celestial opposition to lengthen the time
*Note while time dilation IS possible, unless you up the time on BOTH buffs then it still runs out at 25s
So time dilation is still useless on it, but no its not a bug since all the other patch notes describe it as it is. So I don't think it will change.Just saw this and...omg lol...really op and hope it's not a bug thought it probably is >3<
