On paper, Noct Stance still doesn't sound like its suddenly more/as appealing than/as Diurnal; but in PvP, with the boosted shield, AST will be even more annoying/have more survivability.

Quick noob question :
Does Nocturnal Aspected Benefic's shield can crit ? I mean, if you crit do you get a double potency shield like SCH's Adlo ?
No it's still only 130% of how much you have healed the only difference is it is always 130% which mean non crits are always better then aldo non crits

Glad no one really plays pvp. I guess I'll embrace being the healing god of the healer jobs now.
Nope Yzuna that ability is limited to Sch only.
Astros in Savage? Man I hope so tired of getting sidelined
Question (and forgive my ignorance) - does Time Dilation extend all positive effects, or just ones applied by the AST? I'm wondering if, by combining with a PLD, you could have some obscenely buffed defensives - 25s Sentinel/Hallowed for instance.

Only works with AST buffs.
Just the ones you apply.

Scholar will still be required for progression due to their dps and mitigation tools like Deployment, but now i can at least see Astrologian being competitive on the healing side. I don't think this buff is enough to be on par for early raid progression, you still burn too mp while dpsing imho, but for everything else now you shouldn't see any difference.
