Paladin: Crusade--all nearby party members attack critically for next 5 seconds. 150 sec cooldown.
Warrior: Mad Rush--grants five stacks of wrath and increases Attack speed for 15 seconds. 50% Chance to pacify enemies if hit with a fell cleave or inner beast. 150 sec cooldown.
Dark Knight: Black Sylph--all nearby party members will absorb HP equal to damage dealt with next Attack. 90 second cooldown.
White Mage: Inundation--nearby enemies will be damaged from healing magic for 6 seconds. 150 second cooldown.
Scholar: Scan--reveals enemy team location, and nearest enemy will be suffer all damage as critical for next 5 seconds. 2 minute cooldown.
Astrologian: Hastega--reduces GCD of target ally by 50%. Can store a card to use with Hastega in order to increase the potency, make the effect AoE and lower its potency, or extend the duration (10 seconds to 15). 1 minute cooldown.
Summoner: Call--summons a random Egi at no MP to do its powerful ability. The Egi is then sent away. 3 minute cooldown.
Black Mage: Terror--sets a trap in an area, and enemy units that walk into it suffer hysteria (12 seconds). Costs MP, 5 second cast-time, on global cooldown, 3 minute cooldown.
Bard: March of the Mighty--reduces walking speed by 10% of self and nearby party members, but decreases damage taken by 20%. Cannot be used with other songs.
Machinist: Land Mine--selects an area to place a land mine, which stuns and damages an enemy, and leaves an 18second paralysis effect after a 3 second stun. 40 second cooldown.
Dragoon: Heavensjump--allows jumping of vertical distances, lands with a 15 radius AoE dealing damage and stunning enemies for 1 second. 2 minute cooldown.
Ninja: Jiu Jitsu--if enemy has 50% more HP than you, swap values. You are pacified for 6 seconds and enemy is stunned for 4 seconds.
Monk: 720--deals damage and allows for greased lightning to have a limit of five stacks until lost. 3 minut cooldown.

Since these abilities are purposely overpowered, it might be interesting to make them only available while under battle high or fever.
