    How is getting recast on quick reload reduced by half, a nerf? Tp nerf is negligible, even before tp restored wasn't usually noticeable.

    A guaranteed Slug Shot/Clean Shot every 15 seconds vs every 30 seconds is not a nerf.
    Neither is the TP change. 30 TP every 15 second = 60 TP every 30 seconds (was 50).

    Well...I'm disappointed. No attempt was made to make Bard's skills flow better while under WM. Sigh...well once more I'll be wondering what to do for another patch. One day...the rocks in my trick or treat bag will become candy... I just hope it won't be till 4.0.
