Power-leveling is absolutely BROKEN

You dont need to grab a lot, and if you 8 people take turns with stoneskin/shocks/protects etc.

You only need to fight things 10 levels above you, so if your trying to pl in this system being lv 10 n fighting 40 mobs ur an idiot. The patch effectively fixed that.

there are plenty of places you can go to get a good optimal levelling speed.

Friend who is 20 goes grabs 30 mob, he doesnt need to hit link he just hits 1, and remember there is a "link" cap so you'll know exactly how many, eg lv 20 jellies is 1 lol never more.

He just hits the mob then pl swoops in and pretty much 1shots it and can hit the link too or voke it or w/e.

It makes no sense really, Yoshi wants a PL system and then he removes it, seems a bit douchy to me, not to mention how he "did not foresee people afking", did he seriously think the internet was a nice place and people were going to use the system appropriately.

Need to hire new QA lol who know what they doing! and then make up your mind about the type of PL system your having....

I don't know how I feel about it though. I suppose it depends on the extent people go to.
If the unlikely case happened that everyone wanted to PL and I could never find a normal party I would be upset, but I'm not really worried about that now.
I don't have enough info to make a new opinion on it yet. Gonna wait and hear peoples experiences with it first I guess.
As long as people's actions don't harm others I don't care what they do. XD And this sounds far less harmful than before 1.19a.

It seem yoshi-p did not fix much of the powerlevel issue. I'm sorry but not even wow have this type of powrlevel if your version of the game was 2-3month to get 50 then you really doing it wrong.

How about we wait for some actual numbers to come in on how fast this method is before jumping to conclusions? Also...

That timeframe was always based on extremely casual gameplay. Please stop referencing it as though it was intended to be applicable to everyone. You could get 1-50 in ~2 weeks hardcore grinding doblyns even when there was agonizing fatigue. In 1.18 with fatigue removed and better camps it went down to around 8 days or so if I recall. I'm sure even when the new numbers are in it'll be faster than that, but let's at least compare it to reality instead of a pretend 2-3 month figure that was never relevant.
