Power-leveling is absolutely BROKEN

Expect to see a lot more of it. Less people playing means what's left are A. People with maxed DoW/DoM; B. People who can't find a party because A is true; C. In reference to A, they fill their ingame leisure time with PL groups for their Linkshell.

don't forget d. that's the groups that are actually charging others to power level them. i've seen many shouts for pl parties as different ranges and charging 100k an hour each. you would think that shout was stupid until you see them later on with a full group porting out and they were the only high ranked player......

that doesn't seem so bad to make 600k+ an hour power leveling others...........
