I got 90+ level in FFX-2 in 70 hours. Most other offline FF's we can get 90+ in about the same time. Why not XIV?

If they could somehow convince someone else to PL them, they could do this. Since there's so many people who hate this in-game and detest it such as some have mentioned. Than I don't see this being a problem.

I've spent 3 weeks looking even for a regular party in my playtime. I found my first one today. Broken? I doubt it. There for other people who are WILLING to help? Yup.

My LS helped me level quite a few levels. It's now on me to do the rest. Perfectly understandable, yet, where the *beep* are the parties? Where's this community SE wants?

Not on my server it's not Can't find a party to save my life.

Realty check is that most modern MMO's want to focus on endgame. Yoshi is not adding more low level content, he said it himself. FFXI is a joke for leveling now because they realized "MOST" new/emerging MMO player's don't want to grind. They want to just have fun, have a release from real life.

I tried out XI again this week. Got 4 jobs level 90 in one week. Fun times, because now all I have to grind on is the dam gear, not the levels.

Who wants to come home from there real-life job and escape to a second job? Not me. Not my friends, we want to enjoy ourselves.

XI is now 30-95 in a good full 10 hours or less. XIV is going that same route. Where's the endgame in XIV? Not so much here now, but it will be coming.

I hope beyond hope that anyone not liking the pay structure just doesn't pay and quits the game until they want to come back. Because this forum will have a lot less people whining about something they've been paying for free.

So what if someone paid for the game. That's 5-8 trips to McDonald's over the last year and is not worth crying about.

I understand people are upset by this because when we first started it was hard to level. Some people enjoyed it, some people wanted XI 2.0. We got this, if someone's not happy. Leave, send email's to SE about it. So many dam whining threads in this general discussion forum it's turning into ZAM all over again.
Q. There has been a lot of discussion about high level content, and some discussion of mid-level content as well (rank 25+). Will anything be added to lower levels to increase the playability at these levels?

A. Yoshida-san recognizes that low-level content is very important, but admitted that the current priority is high to mid-level content. He believes that not only is the high level content the most lacking, but its absence also means that there is nothing for low and mid-level players to look forward to. Immediately after addressing the high-level content, however, he will address low level content.

Yoshida-san went on to reveal his vision for low level content – which is mainly through quests. More specifically, for ranks 9-15 he envisions quests that will direct players to go to a specific dungeon (one per city-state). In these dungeons the players will congregate, form parties – and, most importantly, create memories. According to Yoshida-san, it is very important for players to have these memories of playing the early levels.

Seems like what he actually said is the opposite of what you're saying.
