Power-leveling is absolutely BROKEN

Player A : Ahh I've finally reached Level 50!!! It was hell doing all those repetitive killing mobs and leves and stuff, it wasn't really enjoyable ride, but at least I reached Level 50!!!! YESSSSSS

Player B : Big deal, I got 3 level 50s in 2 weeks, in another 2 weeks I am to reach 50 for another 3 more etc...

Player A : . . . . . .

LS Chat Player A: Ding Level 50!!!
LS Chat Player B: Gratz!!!!!
LS Chat Player C: Nice, gratz.

After 1.19
LS Chat Player A: Ding Level 50!!!!!

LS Chat Player C: AFK feeding baby

Player A: I hate powerlevelling!!! they're against my principle!!! I will level 25-50 by proper means!!
Player B: Then don't do it, it's your choice, it won't affect you in anyway if others are power levelling, it's their choice as well....
Player C: Hey B!!! I can't wait to join Hyper Ifrit, lets get that done....
Player B: Cool, guess we'll leave Player A alone, can't wait 2 months for him to level... or we'll get someone from other LS...

Dare I even attempt to tackle how stupid this is...?

Pre-level cap increase past 75 in FFXI -- EVERYONE was exactly the same way about people hitting 75. Half of the people in a linkshell would congratulate them, the other half would go "Lol, no do the other 19 jobs, like I did." Hell, people with all level 50s already treat people like that in FFXIV EVEN BEFORE 1.19 CAME OUT.

People are dicks. Just because it takes you longer to level up won't change that people who hit level cap -- regardless of how long it takes -- will care less and less about whatever other people are doing...

I... ugh... This is blowing my mind.

You know what, have fun -- I'm tired of trying rationalize how people can be this ridiculous about something so trivial.
