Power-leveling is absolutely BROKEN

Thanks to Yoshida for clarifying that there is something wrong with it, and the current EXP calculations are indeed broken.

Finally, people can stop saying, "Well Yoshi said it was OK".

It was just odd that the patch seemed to contradict what Yoshida said about plvl previously. I'm glad this will be sorted out and the damage will be minimal.
