Have you considered that SE may be raising the Cap at Ps3 and making SP lots faster then so they are just being nice now.. Unlikely imo atm but a thought non the less.

Its a different line of though, If your right we#ll see it reduced at 1.19a
If it was intended we wont..

That could happen but it would only be what maybe 10 levels at best which at this fast speed ppl can get it within 1day.
