Power-leveling is absolutely BROKEN

So a friend can powerlevel you. So you can powerlevel a friend. Great stuff!

All games allow powerlevelling in one way or another. You won't get powerlevelled beyond 40 with this system and 40-50 is about ~50% of total exp? So still some work to do there. Doesn't sound like the end of the world at all, more like the end of boring times grinding for way too many hours and fastforward to actual content. I hope SE keep this system as is.

Everyone is Willing they get Money in return, and many people would powerlevel for that for the right price.ppl are even powerlevel ppl in the stronghold from 38-50 and they getting 80+k a hour getting a level every few hour or less.

This.. thinking is not only your own but that of many others. The idea that you need the dev team to restrict your human nature that you yourself dislike is not exactly a virtue. How else can you handle it without giving in to your lack of self control?

From the horses mouth, this is a non-issue. Even-level mobs are a decent challenge(intended pun) now, so odds are a solo R50 killing R40s for a R30 wouldn't be much faster than a party of R30s. The only time it would be optimal would be a full spiritbind party with a low level friend tagging along, which is exactly what the dev's intend... playing with your friends. You can already see that the majority of specialization in this game is coming from Materia, and the EXP rate is in no way shape or form 'overpowered' for spiritbinding. This is XIVs merit system.

Do you even know what this thread is about? The amount of exp people are getting is not speculation, there are direct reports. Powerleveling is insanely fast, and nowhere near the speed of a normal leveling group.

And spiritbinding is in direct relation to how much exp you're earning. The faster you get exp the faster you spiritbind. So that point is null and void.
