Yugiri's Game Not Working T.T

I Bought Heavensward To play the extra jobs classes but i have to finish the main quests to gain access to that part of the game. Yugiri's Game is part of the main quests. It is to find three children hiding in Vesper Bay. I FOUND and SPOKE to all three children and the game only gave me credit for two!! The children dissappeared after i spoke to them so now i cannot move on with the main story quests, thus cannot access the Hevansward job classes i wanted to play and paid an extra $40 FOR!! I don't have money to burn like some do. I have been asking the GMs for help on this and they just give me the run around. I have searched the forums for this same issue but did not find anything. It has been a month and i still get NO HELP! If this forum post doesn't work, i am going to cancel everything. This is a technical issue, i understand, but help me to understand why they cannot simply reset the quest for me? Is that too far fetched of an idea?

Go east down the stairs from Yozan, and walk around the building he's standing in front of, go past Bashful Geyser sitting along a wall, and head north to find the first Hiding Child at X13-Y13 in a corner. Head back to Yozan for reference for the next child.

From Yozan, go straight south (in the direction he's facing) to a building on the other side of the large statue of a Lalafell. You should see some stairs going up a small building. Go up those, and the child will be right in front of you at X12-Y14. (The statue of the Lalafell is almost pointing directly at the child on the roof, for a random tidbit of info.) Head back to Yozan, or head towards The Waking Sands.

Go inside the door of the building housing The Waking Sands (where Tataru used to be sitting at a table) and you'll find the last Hiding Child in that room.

I dunno if I we can reset main quest, I don't think we can. Please check all the kids again.

I think you should be able to abandon quest and then re-accept it... ?

I can't believe it. i checked online tips and they didn't say anything about the waking sands. Grr. now i look stupid. I found the kid. Thank you for responding AriaEnia!

Out of 4 millions people that have gone through the main quests, you couldn't be that 0.×××% who has to be so unlucky to have it bugged ^^
