Need help with Purchasing the Game

Hello guys, i am new in this world (and also from Europe, so it's Euros) . I just downloaded and marathoned my way to 20 lvl of trial and I've decided to start playing normally this game. Although i want to do this, i kinda felt messed up with all those game editions and/or Bundles etc. I see:
9.99E "Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn

So which one i choose to play the game, and then about subscribtion, in each of them i see either 30 days or 60 days. and then?
If anyone wants to help me either do it here or send me PM or something like that(if it exists).

Link #2 is the complete pack that includes both the full game and the expansion, Heavensward. If you buy that, you're basically good to go for everything in the game.

Link #1: If you're not certain you'll like FFXIV long term, you can start with that first link. That's the basic game and gets you to level 50 with all pre-expansion content. You can then use that third and last link to buy the expansion when you're ready.

Whichever path you take, you will get 30 days of included time to play the game. After that, you'll need to pay a monthly subscription to maintain access... or buy game time cards in 30 or 60 day intervals (but this does get us regular updates and content patches). The exact fee varies but if you only need 1 character per server (you can play all classes on that one character), then you can save a tiny bit per month.

The 44.95E bundle because that gets you the original game (A Realm Reborn) AND the expansion (Heavensward). Better than boxed editions because it's a digital download. FWIW, you CAN actually purchase all the extras that came with the Collector's Edition (just the digital assets).

Thanks for both your replies, i guess i will go with solution with 10E for now. Also i will propably start it with a friend of mine, do i get like a discount and/or reward for referring/entering as duo or so? waiting for your reply, and again thanks a bunch!

There is a recruitment rewards if your friend enters your recruitment code. You can generate these codes from the Mogstation (where they are also entered). You can no longer enter recruitment codes once subscription time is paid (so you have 30 days from purchase). Since both you and your friend are new, you can actually trade codes and both receive both the recruiter and recruitee rewards. Just make sure to do it before subscribing.

The rewards do include an item that gives an exp boost in low levels and tokens you can trade for armor and such, so it's definitely not a bad thing to do. But you don't get these rewards until there is paid time on the account. If you pay for time early, you still get your free 30 days before the clock starts ticking.

The Silver Chocobo Feathers you get are HUGE... hold onto them until you hit 50, then you can get 3 ilvl 120 pieces (I got chest & legs (they come as a set) plus a weapon).
