Pvp newbie question

So, I just switched to adders to get the hunting log minion and started to do pvp, but if i get pvp Lv 50 with adders, buy gear and then go back to mael(13 pvp), can i use gear? And can I cast glamour on pvp 180 gear without Lv 50 pvp? Thanks

I have been wondering about the glamour aspect myself and have not found the answer.
You can still use the gear but when you switch you lose your rank until you go back.

If you wear rank 50 pvp gear and switch GC to become rank 0 (or under rank 45-50), you will still be able to wear the gear UNTIL you take the gear off

Also they have started to waver under the face of all criticism of GCs. So you might be able to que with friends sooner then later without changing GCs.
