    Sweat of Brow nerf?

    Anybody notice a change in how often sweat of brow procs? I gathered for about 45 min and did not get a single proc.

    I think it goes beyond sweat of brow. I feels like all skills proc less often. While sweat of brow use to be the skills that would proc the most for me it is quite noticeable that it has been reduced. However, I got my horse bird to ride between nodes so I don't think I care much.
