Its just sad that its come to this level. I have my opinion on the relics. No one should get a handout. It should have been enjoyable and a grind and everyone should obtain it equally without a nerf.

It's possible, since them and the 2.X relics are the only weapons restricted to jobs.

You still fail to realize that no one would have ever done it came Heavensward if it stayed the same, and that relics are irrelevant now when it comes to stats...but it's not like there's already a whole thread trying to explain that to you...

What I know is that I've worked for my relic and the reward I had from it was one the best weapons for the whole duration of 2.x. And I actually don't care about people doing it now.
Like I said in your topic, It's like caring that people can buy games for cheap, whereas I bought mine full price 2 years ago...Why...do...you...care ?

And you know the worst part ? Let's say you have to farm dungeons, FATE, or whatever the content you want for a new weapon.
Let's say you have to do the same content to improve you Relic to be on par with the new weapon.
Do you realize that it's absolutely the same, except for the name of your weapon ?

Wether you start a new relic, with a new look, obtained by turning your existing relic into a Key Item (Pretty much what happened from Relic to Zodiac) or a new relic from scratch, you'll still have all the weapon upgrade process you like.

And besides, there is no relic for the three new jobs. Is it fine to keep those three jobs away, if the relic is so important ? Is it fine to make them grind hours for a weapon that is "only" level 135 at best ?

Or is it fine that you complain about how they wasted the relic before even knowing if they ever do something with them after 3.1 ?!

Skizzle, you have a whole thread you've established which frankly has very clearly displayed your displeasure of the choices regarding relics that SE has made. Please don't start derailing every relic thread that comes along. Use the thread you've already made if you want to continue that dialog.
