Where's best place to get Alexandrite FAST ?

I know that daily quest in Mor Dhona gave one.. I think they give five per map now...
In fact, don't you buy the maps with Poetics now? The game pukes up poetics at you so pretty much do anything really. Also Allied Seals can be traded for Alex now..think they reduced it to fifty per alex....ridiculous.

Mysterious Maps give you five per map. That's how I finished up mine. Purchase them for Tomestones of Poetics, from Auriana at Revenant's Toll.

What are Mysterious Maps like to do solo now we're at lvl60? I had problems with some maps as a SCH lvl50, even with my Chocobo. The worst being the foxfires that annihilated me every time.

Problem is that MAPS are no longer on the vendors (cannot find it)

Maps are still sold in mor dhona. Idyllshire vendor does not have them.

They also drop from FATES now if you have the weapon equipped...and they drop pretty fast. depends on how many poetics you are getting. If you are getting enough Poe to do maps a ton then I would do that if not run FATES.

I think they're a specific tab and you have to activate the ability to purchase them by completing a quest. Maybe from Rowena? They were there for me the other day.
