Queue times for content getting long?

I would have expected them to be one of those incentives, to get tanks to queue up where they are most needed - in pugs. Instead, most tanks will have gotten them by farming them quietly with their FC, because that's the easiest, safest and probably fastest way to do it. If the achievement instead had been awarded for completing roulettes as tank, that would have set the incentives right. People are already more inclined to tank for their friends/FC, because the job is a lot less "tankless" there. There doesn't need to be a reward for that. The reward needs to be for putting up with the stress of tanking for randoms.

This is exactly right. What was the point of giving me a mount for doing content I would do anyway as a tank? I haven't touched expert roulette in weeks now (since pvp gives me my eso). In all honesty, the moment they give me an incentive to do roulette I will gladly go back on as tank.
