Custom HUD setups

Going into the HUD settings at the start of every dungeon to remove this is just unrealistic, it would be far easier if I could create custom HUD sets that I could switch freely between using the hotbar.

Am I the only one who feels this way

FWIW, I use a macro button to toggle HUD elements. Basically a simple "raid mode" that removes a ton of clutter... but others have done much more elaborate setups.

Now if you mean moving windows around it won't do that, but if you simply want to hide certain things some of the time, the existing system works well for that.
