Lack of LB usage in PVP

Telling people to 'stay in range or you won't get heals' doesn't work. It only works in pre-mades and if you're in pre-made... it all is eventually (or should and if not, get a new pre-made) going to run like a well oiled machine and steam roll enemies reguardless of what the LB is.

And healers shouldn't be responsible for impatient and/or over zealous DDs stretching out beyond their means. <--- + GC restrictions forcing more people to not be with some of their friends but instead with random ppl makes healing a pain + the time to build LB bar + cast time = healer LB feels kinda blah in Seize. Secure n Slaughter were different... less roaming, less spread out, current healer LB made more sense. Seize... nope.
